In the event of an “own fault” accident which results in damage to your motorhome or to any third party, the hirer is liable for an excess of $7,500. For your peace of mind, this liability can be reduced to $1000 if you choose to take advantage of our optional collision damage waiver. Please note, this waiver does not cover rear end damage.
Offset your journey through our Carbon Neutral Travel program. Every 1600 km you travel in our vehicles will produce around 500 KG of CO2. This can offset by investing in planting trees via Carbon Footprint. Every $10 neutralizes 500 KG of CO2. Auckland Campers will gladly match any offset option selected.
We offer a variety of child seats that comply with New Zealand standards, ensuring your little ones stay comfortable and safe. Our seats can be easily attached using Isofix and conveniently stowed in the storage compartment when not in use. Simply provide the age or weight of your children after booking.
In a luxury motorhome, there’s no need to live out of a suitcase. Prevent suitcases from occupying unnecessary storage space by leaving them in our secure suitcase store. We’ll give you plenty of time to move in and out of your vehicle during the pick-up and drop-off process.
Long-haul travel is fatiguing, so we do not recommend renting a motorhome directly from the airport upon arrival. Our custom pickup service is designed to be as stress-free and accommodating as possible, ensuring you start your adventure relaxed and refreshed after at least one night’s sleep.
Enjoy your NZ adventure to the fullest with our Dump & Run service. There’s no need to worry about refilling diesel or gas, or emptying grey or black water tanks. We’ve got it all covered, so you can relax and savour every moment of your journey right up to the very end. Or, if you have a tight transfer, you can avoid a last-minute dash to the airport.
